DF Game Studios protects you!
We take the privacy of our fans very seriously. Seriously!
This policy details the measures we take to preserve and safeguard your privacy when you visit our site and join Survival Club to receive our newsletter.
What information we use and how we use it
You may join - or may have joined already - Survival Club to receive our newsletter. It’s absolutely voluntary. If you choose to do so, you’ll be receiving e-mail messages containing news about Survival, DF Game Studios and stuff they’re up to. If, for whatever unfathomable reason, you no longer wish to receive our news, you can unsubscribe and your email address will be deleted from the database.
If you contact us via the [Contact Us] form at the bottom of the page, any personal information you provide (like email address, player ID, name), your game and PC data, and any files you attach will be kept private and secure. Without this information, we wouldn’t be able to provide the support that you crave. In order to provide our services, we may contact you and request additional information. You’re always entitled to ask us not to do this, or to have us delete your data. Then it’s a bye-bye. Until you change your mind again and come back crying.
We’ll keep your information for as long as necessary to continue providing our services, maintain our legitimate business operations, and/or exercise, defend or establish our rights.
Please remember that we use your data only to stay in touch with you. We absolutely never ever disclose your data to other people, we don’t sell it to greedy corporations, we don’t share it with anyone without your consent. If you think that any such thing has happened, please let us know immediately.
You have the right to opt-in or opt-out of any marketing communications we send you in the form of a Newsletter.
You have the right to access all your data that we have about you.
You have the right to request that we delete any data we have about you.
You have the right to ask us to restrict processing of your personal information.
You have the right to file a complaint with a data protection authority.
